Plasterboards
It also known as gypsum board, drywall, or sheetrock, is a widely used building material for creating interior walls and ceilings. It consists of a core made from gypsum, a natural mineral, which is sandwiched between two layers of paper. Plasterboard is used primarily in the construction of partition walls, ceilings, and other interior surfaces due to its cost-effectiveness, ease of installation, and versatility.

Light steel keel
It often referred to as light steel framework or light gauge steel framing, is a construction material used in dry construction systems, particularly in the building of partition walls, ceilings, and other internal structures. It is made of cold-formed steel, meaning the steel is shaped into the required profiles at room temperature rather than being hot-rolled, which gives it a lighter, more cost-effective design without sacrificing strength.

- Mining and Processing of Gypsum:Use of 100% Desulfurization Gypsum(natural and Environmental) raw materials, crushing and grinding once mined.
- Calcination (Heating the Gypsum):The ground gypsum powder is then heated in a kiln at temperatures ranging from 150°C to 170°C.
- Mixing and Creating the Slurry:The calcined gypsum powder is then mixed with water to form a thick, smooth slurry. The mixture is carefully blended to achieve the correct consistency for forming the plasterboard.
- Forming the Board:The gypsum slurry is shaped into long sheets that match the desired size and thickness of the final product.Once the gypsum slurry is spread on the conveyor, a sheet of specialized paper is placed on the top and bottom surfaces of the board.
- Setting and Cutting: Depends on customers’ specific requirements. We may use flaps and slots, tape, or glue and stitching to finish the assembly.

Plasterboard Application
Plasterboard, also known as gypsum board or drywall, is a versatile building material widely used in construction. It consists of a layer of gypsum sandwiched between two layers of paper. Due to its ease of installation, cost-effectiveness, and versatility, plasterboard is commonly used in both residential and commercial buildings for a variety of applications.

Wall and Ceiling Partition
Plasterboard is commonly used to create interior partition walls. It is a lightweight and efficient solution for dividing rooms or creating new spaces within a building. They are also widely used for constructing ceilings, particularly in areas like offices, homes, and commercial spaces. Suspended ceilings made of plasterboard are often used to conceal wiring and ducts.

Structure with Decoration
Plasterboard is flexible enough to be used for creating curved or rounded walls and ceilings. This is especially popular in modern architecture and interior design to achieve unique aesthetic features. It can be used in combination with moldings to create decorative features such as cornices, coving, and ceiling medallions. These add elegance and style to interior spaces.

Thermal Insulation
Plasterboard with integrated thermal insulation is commonly used in energy-efficient buildings, helping maintain a consistent indoor temperature. Some are designed with additional insulating properties. These boards are used to improve the thermal performance of walls and ceilings, reducing energy consumption in buildings by providing better insulation.

External Insulated Systems
Plasterboard can also be part of external insulation systems when combined with materials like render or cladding. These systems provide an energy-efficient outer shell for buildings, especially in colder climates. Many modern plasterboards are designed with sustainability in mind. They are often made from recycled paper and can be recycled after use.
